Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with the project team, including designers and contractors.
Inspect and approve interior decoration materials and workmanship.
Resolve any on-site challenges efficiently.
Maintain accurate project records.

Position 2: Business Development (Facilities Management)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to expand our facilities management business.
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the team to meet business development goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree, Diploma, or ITI qualification in the relevant field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the respective role.
Location: Preference will be given to candidates already available in Oman.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
