Job Description:

As a Site Supervisor – Electrical, you will be an integral part of our project execution team, ensuring the successful completion of electrical works in Oil & Gas construction projects. Your role will require you to lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical activities on-site, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage electrical works in Oil & Gas construction projects, including cross-country pipelines and flowlines.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Supervise and lead a team of skilled electrical technicians and workers.
Plan and schedule electrical activities, optimizing resources and manpower.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical installations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to achieve project goals.
Maintain and update project documentation, including work progress reports and safety records.
Ensure the use of proper equipment, tools, and materials for electrical tasks.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team when needed.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks and accidents.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or equivalent.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in electrical works execution in Oil & Gas construction projects.
Valid PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) Card is a must (Expired cards will also be considered).
Holding a valid permit for electrical work is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
