Job Description: Steel/Structure Supervisor Job in Bahrain

As a Steel/Structure Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing steel and structure-related activities within our shipyard project in Bahrain. Your expertise in ship repair and your ability to interpret ship repair drawings will be essential to the success of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipyard Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in shipyard and ship repair operations to ensure the timely and efficient execution of steel and structure-related tasks.
• Reading Ship Repair Drawings: Proficiently read and interpret ship repair drawings, providing clear guidance to the team for accurate execution.
• Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers, ensuring that safety protocols are followed, and work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Onboard Experience: Ship onboard experience is preferred, as it will contribute to a deeper understanding of the project requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of [0-5 years] of experience in shipyard and ship repair operations is essential for this role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading ship repair drawings is a must.
• Ship Onboard Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
