We are seeking a skilled Structural Fabricator to join our team. The Structural Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural steel components used in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural fabrication, be proficient in reading blueprints, and possess strong welding and fabrication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements
- Cut, shape, and assemble structural steel components using various tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and welding machines
- Perform welding techniques, such as MIG and TIG welding, to join structural steel components
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure proper fit, alignment, and weld integrity of fabricated structures
- Assist with layout and marking of structural steel components using measuring tools and templates
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve fabrication issues and implement design changes
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment
- Adhere to project deadlines and production schedules
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Structural Fabricator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of structural fabrication techniques and tools
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Experience in welding techniques, such as MIG and TIG welding, for structural steel
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble structural steel components
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
