Position Overview:

As a Swimming Pool Construction and Maintenance Site Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the on-site operations, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your expertise in swimming pool construction and maintenance will contribute to the success of our endeavors, creating stunning and functional aquatic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule construction tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.
• Oversee swimming pool maintenance activities, including water quality management and equipment servicing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction and maintenance phases.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and workforce productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in swimming pool construction and maintenance projects.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Prior experience working in Bahrain and familiarity with local construction regulations.
• Candidates from South India are preferred.
