Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and resources for technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and engineering, to effectively address customer needs.
