We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Petrochemical & Oil & Gas Industry in Qatar. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production plants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the GCC region.
• Proficiency in English.
• Completion of a High School Certificate.
• Knowledge of petrochemical plant operations and QAPCO products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• IT proficiency.
• Awareness of HSE and quality standards.
• Understanding of DCS panel operations and QAPCO products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment in multiple process areas, troubleshooting as needed.
• Monitor the safe operation of process equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Collect and record data related to process and field equipment, reporting any abnormalities promptly.
• Ensure the availability of required chemicals and follow HSEQ procedures for materials handling.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and facilitate safe return to service.
• Participate in commissioning and start-up activities as required.

Shift Supervisor: Job Opportunities in the Petrochemical & Oil & Gas Industry in Qatar

Salary Range: 3500 to 4000 QR

We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead and supervise operations in our Petrochemical & Oil & Gas Industry plant. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the production process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical field (HND holders).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline (Bachelor’s Degree holders).
• 3 years of experience in the petrochemical industry (Bachelor’s Degree holders) or 9 years of experience with growing supervisory responsibilities (HND holders).
• Knowledge of petrochemical plant operations and QAPCO products.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with coaching and feedback skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise the activities of subordinates to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to subordinates to support their development.
• Plan and coordinate short-term operations and maintenance activities.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of shift operators and manage field operations.
• Ensure all work is well planned and resources are available.
• Review and optimize processes and procedures.
• Act as the person in charge for the shift, making decisions in line with delegation of authority levels.

Field Operator: Job Opportunities in the Petrochemical & Oil & Gas Industry in Qatar

Salary Range: 2000 to 3000 QR

We are in search of dedicated Field Operators to work in the Petrochemical & Oil & Gas Industry in Qatar. As a Field Operator, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and processes.

• High School Certificate completion.

• Participate in commissioning and start-up activities as required.
