We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating high-quality metal components for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and other exotic metals. The TIG Welder must have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to weld various metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
• Determine the appropriate welding techniques and settings for each project
• Perform welding operations in compliance with company and industry standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Inspect welded joints for accuracy, completeness, and defects
• Troubleshoot welding problems and make necessary adjustments to equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in TIG welding or equivalent experience
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and other exotic metals
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
