A well-reputed factory based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking a skilled Tube Mill Operator with experience in ERW Tube production to join their team. Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor the Tube Mill machinery used in ERW Tube production.
2. Set up, adjust, and calibrate the machines according to the production requirements.
3. Ensure the smooth running of the Tube Mill and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.
4. Monitor the production process and inspect the quality of the tubes produced.
5. Make necessary adjustments to maintain the desired specifications and quality of the tubes.
6. Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of the machinery to ensure optimal performance.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
9. Keep records of production output, machine settings, and any maintenance performed.

Requirements: URGENT REQUIRED Tube Mill Operator – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

1. Proven experience as a Tube Mill Operator with a focus on ERW Tube production is preferred.
2. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Tube Mill machinery.
4. Knowledge of ERW Tube production processes and quality control standards.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
6. Strong attention to detail and precision to ensure consistent tube quality.
7. Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting and manual labor.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address operational issues.
9. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
