Position Overview: Urgent Hiring Fleet / Delivery Supervisor

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and experienced Fleet / Delivery Supervisor to join our team. As the Fleet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery fleet, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities:

1. Fleet Management:

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing.

1. Route Optimization:

• Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust routes as needed to accommodate changes in delivery schedules.

1. Delivery Oversight:

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Address and resolve delivery issues or delays promptly.
• Monitor the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Uphold safety standards and implement measures to reduce risks.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for the driver team.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, delivery times, and any incidents.

1. Problem Solving:

• Address operational challenges proactively and find effective solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues impacting delivery operations.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
