Join our team and lead a high-performing maintenance crew in ensuring the seamless operation of mechanical systems critical to our operations.

Responsibilities:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry.
Lead by example as you personally execute and supervise preventive maintenance tasks on pumps, compressors, engines, generators, valves, and more.
Ensure that Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and manuals are consistently referenced and adhered to in all maintenance activities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, nurturing skills and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven expertise in conducting preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment.
Strong knowledge of OEM recommendations and the ability to translate them into practical maintenance practices.
Excellent leadership skills with a knack for promoting learning and development among team members.
