Key Responsibilities:

Technical Presentations: Create engaging technical presentations to effectively communicate our products and services to customers.
Consultation: Collaborate with customers and engineers to understand their equipment needs and system requirements.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales teams to provide the technical expertise needed to meet customer requirements.
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate high-quality sales leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate prices, secure orders, and manage order deliveries.
Product Development: Research, develop, and modify products to align with customers’ technical requirements and needs.
Customer Support: Assist customers with product-related issues, recommend upgrades or improvements, and ensure their satisfaction.
Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to formulate innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and communicate potential solutions to the management team.
Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales goals and quotas, contributing to the company’s growth targets.
Team Training: Provide technical training to other members of the sales team, enhancing their product and service knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the construction industry.
