Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Follow recipes and ensure high-quality standards.
• Monitor baking equipment and adjust temperature and timing as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Position: Breakfast Cooks – Urgent Requirement For Multiple Positions in Oman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and customer orders.
• Handle various cooking techniques, including frying, grilling, and baking.
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in food inventory management and stock rotation.

Position: South Indian Cooks – Urgent Requirement For Multiple Positions in Oman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, and curries.
• Follow traditional recipes and maintain taste consistency.
• Handle spices and ingredients specific to South Indian cuisine.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Position: Assistant Cooks – Urgent Requirement For Multiple Positions in Oman

Responsibilities:

• Assist the main cooks in food preparation and cooking.
• Follow instructions and recipes provided by the head chef.
• Help with cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Support in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist in basic food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.

Requirements: Urgent Requirement For Multiple Positions in Oman

• Relevant experience in the respective role is preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery techniques for the Bakery Man position.
• Proficiency in cooking breakfast dishes or South Indian cuisine, as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
