We have an Urgent Requirement for Oman an Area Manager for an Industrial Catering company in Oman. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities, sales promotion, and customer satisfaction. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Hotel Management and Catering Technology (B.Sc & HMCT) and 10 to 15 years of experience in Industrial Catering are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: Urgent Requirement for Oman – Area Manager

Plan, organize, and monitor operational activities in line with customer requirements.
Formulate sales promotion plans and strategies in collaboration with Managers, Area Supervisors, Unit Supervisors, and chefs.
Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control.
Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide necessary feedback.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.

Requirements: Urgent Requirement for Oman – Area Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Science and Hotel Management and Catering Technology (B.Sc & HMCT).
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Industrial Catering.
Proven track record in planning, organizing, and managing operational activities.
Strong knowledge of catering operations and customer service management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales promotion strategies.
Gulf experience is a must.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
