Are you a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor with a strong background in construction projects? Do you hold a valid NEBOSH IGC certification and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field? If so, we have an urgent requirement for you in Oman!

Key Responsibilities:

As an HSE Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our construction project teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Safety Oversight: Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
2. Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards on-site.
3. Training: Providing HSE training to project personnel and ensuring they adhere to safety protocols.
4. Incident Reporting: Investigating accidents and incidents, and preparing detailed reports.
5. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
6. Emergency Response: Developing and overseeing emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Engineering Qualification: Hold a degree in engineering or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC: Possess a valid NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE supervision within the construction industry.
• Diploma in Fire & Safety: A diploma in fire and safety is preferred.
• Gulf Experience: Prior experience working in the Gulf region is an added advantage.
