Urgent requirement of Sales Engineers for Qatar

Job Purpose:

Our client company in Qatar is seeking Sales Engineers to drive the sales of their products, achieve sales targets with specific gross margins, and secure product approvals from consultants, clients, and contractors while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role involves expanding market share, generating sales from Oil & Gas and Utility Infrastructure projects, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets with specific gross margins and contribute to the growth of market share.
2. Identify and develop a list of potential clients/customers through market research and networking.
3. Introduce appropriate products to meet clients’ requirements and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
4. Ensure compliance of material submittals with specifications and support consultants in selecting suitable products.
5. Conduct site visits, follow up on quotations and tenders, and benchmark against competitor products.
6. Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Promote new product lines added to the division alongside the primary product portfolio.
8. Manage and collect payments on time while maintaining credit limits.

Minimum Qualifications: Urgent requirement of Sales Engineers for Qatar

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Business background.

• Knowledge and experience in the product portfolio mentioned in the job purpose and scope.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid Qatar driving license.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably from Oil & Gas, Utility Infrastructure, or Industrial projects.

Salary Package: 3000 – 5000 QAR
