Key Responsibilities: Urgently Seeking Planning Engineer (Civil) For Saudi Arabia

1. Project Planning:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Prepare schedules with clear deliverables and major milestones, aligning them with engineering design, procurement, IFC (Issued for Construction), shop drawing, and construction phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project execution.

2. EOT (Extension of Time) Claims:

• Utilize proper techniques to prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation to support EOT claims when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.

3. Procurement Management:

• Work closely with procurement teams to establish a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for long lead material items.
• Integrate procurement activities seamlessly into project schedules.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of procurement progress.

4. Resource Estimation:

• Estimate manpower and equipment requirements for projects.
• Collaborate with the HR and procurement teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Optimize resource allocation for cost-efficiency and project success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E) is required.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
• Previous experience in Qatar or Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
