Job Responsibilities:

As the Weather Station Group Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading all activities related to preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and repairs of weather station systems. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of the weather stations. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising Maintenance Activities: Oversee and supervise the maintenance activities of weather station systems, including performing routine inspections, identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance activities.
3. Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all communication with the Company Representative, ensuring effective communication channels and addressing any concerns or queries.
4. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of weather station systems.
5. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs when necessary, and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or replacement parts.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, equipment performance reports, and inventory records. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for the position of Weather Station Group Leader, you should meet the following criteria:

1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation facility maintenance, with a focus on weather station systems. Previous Gulf experience is preferred.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and supervising a team, demonstrating strong leadership, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
4. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of weather station systems, including preventive maintenance practices, troubleshooting techniques, and repairs. Familiarity with aviation facility maintenance is an advantage.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and the Company Representative is essential.
6. Age Limit: The age limit for this position is between 25 to 40 years.
