We are a prominent real estate company in search of a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role. The candidate should also have prior experience in executing successful Social Media Marketing strategies. This position is based in the vibrant D-Ring Road area of Qatar and is open to female candidates of any nationality.
Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant Job in Qatar
- Assist in general administrative tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and monitor effective social media marketing campaigns.
- Provide support in creating and editing marketing materials using Ms Office and Photoshop.
- Handle communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
Location: D-Ring Road, Qatar
Salary: 2500-3500 QR + commission (Accommodation and transportation not provided)
Preferable: Immediate joiner
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Ms Office suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
