Responsibilities: Customer Service Agent Needed

• Engage with customers through phone calls or WhatsApp chats to provide prompt and effective assistance.
• Offer knowledgeable and comprehensive responses to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks across various platforms to maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work to meet customer demands effectively.
