As an Area Supervisor for our catering operations in Oman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our services across multiple sites, including PDO and various cities. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee catering operations at multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate catering teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve excellence in service delivery.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and service, making necessary improvements as needed.
• Business Development: Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• Oman Valid Driving License: Mandatory requirement for this position.
• Oman Experience: Demonstrated experience in catering operations within Oman.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
