We are currently seeking a skilled CNC 5 axis milling machine operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in operating and programming CNC machines, specifically with proficiency in Master Cam software. The main focus of this role will be producing engine parts based on mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities: CNC 5 Axis Milling Machine Operator Jobs in Bahrain

Set up and operate CNC 5 axis milling machines to produce engine parts according to provided mechanical drawings.
Program the machines using Master Cam software, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
Perform tooling and machine setups, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, understanding the specifications and requirements for each part.
Utilize G-code programming on Master Cam to program the machine for precise machining operations.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and productivity.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements: CNC 5 Axis Milling Machine Operator Jobs in Bahrain

Minimum 8 years of experience as a CNC milling machine operator.
Proficiency in operating and programming CNC 5 axis milling machines.
Strong knowledge of Master Cam software for programming.
Experience in producing engine parts.
Excellent understanding of mechanical drawings and ability to interpret them accurately.
Proficient in G-code programming on Master Cam.
Ability to set up machines and tools, including tool selection and fixture installation.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality parts.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing production from drawings to the finished part.
