We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives to join our supermarket team in Dubai. As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling the sales process from the initial request to the execution of the order. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and driving sales within our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their orders.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer queries and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to inform and assist customers, aiming to increase sales.
• Ensure a clean and organized counter area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using a cash register.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast food outlet or retail store.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic conflict management skills are preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
