Job Title: Supply Management Manager

Job Summary:

ABCO Trading Company is looking for a meticulous and organized Supply Management Manager to oversee the efficient management of inventory across our 10 warehouses, each spanning approximately 3000 square feet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving bulk shipments, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating with different branches to maintain optimal inventory levels based on their requirements. The Supply Management Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect bulk shipments to verify their accuracy and condition, ensuring they align with purchase orders.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels across multiple warehouses, coordinating with branch managers to fulfill stock requirements efficiently.
• Conduct regular stock assessments and audits to reconcile physical stock with system records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, including stock movement, storage, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to anticipate stock requirements and facilitate timely replenishment to prevent stock outs.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, stock movements, and inventory performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving inventory management.
• Oversee the organization and arrangement of warehouse space to ensure efficient stock storage and accessibility.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper inventory handling procedures, including stock placement, picking, and packing.

Requirements: Job Opportunity Supply Management Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role, preferably in the ceramics and sanitary industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic inventory decisions.
