As a Driving Instructor, your primary role will be to educate and guide our students through the process of becoming safe and confident drivers, ultimately preparing them for their driver’s tests. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring they acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical driving skills. Effective communication with students is paramount to your success in this role, as you identify areas requiring improvement and foster a positive and confident learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tailoring driving lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
2. Providing comprehensive instruction on vehicle components, operation, and road regulations.
3. Teaching practical driving skills, including safe handling, maneuvering, and decision-making.
4. Building students’ confidence in their driving abilities through constructive feedback and guidance.
5. Training students to react effectively during emergency situations.
6. Offering support and reassurance to students who may be anxious or distressed.
7. Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for each student.
8. Evaluating and determining when students are ready to take their driver’s tests.
9. Promptly reporting all accidents or incidents to the Head of the driving school.

Requirements: Driving Instructor Job in Dubai

1. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
2. Possession of a valid driver’s license relevant to the level of instruction.
3. Valid driving instructor’s license or relevant certification.
4. Proven experience as a driving instructor.
5. A clear and responsible driving record.
6. A clean criminal record.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
8. Patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to road safety.
9. Ability to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations.
10. Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as necessary.
