We are currently seeking a Facility Assistant for a reputable company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling fire alarm systems and possess a background in ITI or Diploma studies. Responsibilities:

1. Fire Alarm System Management: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems within the assigned facility.
2. Facilities Support: Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations, including electrical systems, plumbing, and other general maintenance tasks.
3. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines during facility operations.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
5. Cooperation: Collaborate with other team members to achieve smooth facility operations.
6. 12-Hour Shifts: Be prepared for 12-hour duty shifts, with overtime possibilities.
7. Covid Vaccination Compliance: As part of the safety measures, candidates must have received both doses of Covid-19 vaccination.
8. Age Limit: Applicants should be below 30 years of age.

Requirements:

1. Fire Alarm Experience: Prior experience in handling fire alarm systems is a must for this position.
2. ITI/Diploma: Candidates must have completed ITI or Diploma in relevant fields.
3. Visit Visa Cum Employment: Candidates on visit visas with an option for employment are encouraged to apply.
4. Communication: Good communication skills in English will be an advantage.
