Job Description:

As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our facility maintenance project. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, and you should have experience in SAP/MAXIMO software and engineering products, especially in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer warehouse operations in compliance with company standards.
Utilize SAP/MAXIMO software for inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
Coordinate with the engineering team for MEP products.
Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Support the team in maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
Implement best practices for warehouse safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
At least 2 years of Gulf (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience.
Proficiency in SAP/MAXIMO software for inventory management.
Prior experience with engineering products, especially in the MEP sector, is essential.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
