Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled High Voltage Motor Winder to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in winding high voltage motors, preferably within the range of 250KW to 7500KW. The candidate must have a background in ITI Electrician and a minimum of 6 years of practical experience in high voltage winding. We highly value candidates with previous exposure to high-end motor or generator workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Execute complex motor winding tasks for high voltage motors within the specified range.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the winding work.
• Interpret technical drawings and manuals to accurately comprehend winding specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless operations within the workshop.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• ITI Electrician qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in high voltage winding, preferably with motors ranging from 250KW to 7500KW.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, manuals, and industry standards related to motor winding.
• Proven ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
