We are currently seeking a highly motivated HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained in the workplace.

FIXED SALARY + FOOD ALLOWANCE + OT +FREE ACCOMMODATION

Responsibilities: HSE Officer

• Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
• Conducting regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
• Creating and delivering HSE training programs for employees and contractors
• Investigating incidents and accidents and preparing reports on findings
• Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Managing emergency response procedures and conducting drills to prepare for potential incidents
• Developing and maintaining HSE performance metrics and reporting systems
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HSE programs and making recommendations for improvement
• Participating in HSE audits and inspections

Requirements: HSE Officer

• Graduate Degree + NEBOSH  in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in HSE is preferred
