We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings and designs for mechanical equipment, machinery, and structures.

Responsibilities: Mechanical Draftsman

• Preparing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with engineers and other professionals to design and develop new products, machinery, and structures
• Creating 3D models and 2D drawings using AutoCAD and other computer-aided design software
• Reviewing and modifying existing drawings and designs to improve functionality and efficiency
• Performing calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Communicating with clients and suppliers to obtain and provide technical information and specifications
• Participating in design reviews and project meetings
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all design and drafting work

Requirements: Mechanical Draftsman

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical drafting and design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design software
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
