The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and crucial administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
