Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Sanitary Products – B2B Trading)

Job Summary:

ABCO Trading Company is currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient handling of bulk shipments of sanitary products in a B2B trading environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory management, and maintaining high standards of product quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations and B2B trading practices.

Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Warehouse Supervisor

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of bulk shipments of sanitary products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement efficient tracking systems to prevent discrepancies and shortages.
• Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment and minimize product damage or loss.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.
• Implement warehouse procedures and guidelines to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare accurate reports on inventory levels, shipment schedules, and warehouse performance for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in handling bulk commodities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations, particularly in handling sanitary products.
• Experience in B2B trading and wholesale distribution.
• Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory and warehouse management.
