We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Planning Engineer with a background in civil engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of project planning software such as Primavera and MS Projects. With a minimum of 5+ years of cross-functional experience in managing projects, the candidate should be well-versed in overseeing various phases of the project lifecycle, from the tender stage to project completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective completion of infrastructure and high-rise building projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize project management tools and techniques to plan and schedule projects effectively.
2. Oversee the planning and monitoring of resources, costs, materials, and machinery for multiple construction projects.
3. Coordinate with Project Managers, Top Management, contractors, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure timely project deliverables.
4. Implement strategies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation for enhanced project efficiency.
5. Collaborate with the team to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
6. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting any potential delays or issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera and MS Projects.
3. Sound knowledge of project planning principles and techniques.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
