We are looking for a dedicated School Caretaker to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with basic maintenance skills. Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role. The School Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the school premises, assisting with basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Keep the school premises clean, organized, and presentable.
2. Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as repairing minor damages and fixtures.
3. Ensure the safety and security of the school by monitoring the premises regularly.
4. Lock and unlock doors and gates at appropriate times as per the school’s schedule.
5. Assist in setting up rooms and equipment for various events and activities.
6. Promptly report any safety hazards or damages to the school authorities.
7. Assist with snow removal and lawn care as required.
8. Maintain an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, and place orders as necessary.

Qualifications:
