Are you a seasoned Finance professional with a strong background in the construction industry? An exciting opportunity awaits you in Oman. We are urgently seeking a Finance Manager / Chief Accountant to lead our financial operations and contribute to the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Finance Manager / Chief Accountant – Oman

Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the construction projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
Handle Payable Management and Receivable Management efficiently to maintain smooth cash flows.
Take charge of Banking activities, maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and managing transactional processes.
Lead the Finalization of Accounts process up to the Audit stage, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Coordinate and maintain day-to-day Accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Utilize your expertise to provide strategic financial insights that contribute to informed decision-making within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and project objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.

Requirements: Job Opportunity Finance Manager / Chief Accountant – Oman

Master’s degree (M.Com/MBA Finance) with ICWA qualification.
A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in the construction field.
Proven track record of managing financial operations in a large or medium-sized construction industry setting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing procedures.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Gulf experience will be highly preferred.
