We are a leading organization in the field of Civil Engineering, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge Roads & Bridges projects. As we continue to expand our operations in Oman, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of Roads & Bridges projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Implement effective risk management strategies and problem-solving techniques to address challenges and obstacles.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving efficiency and excellence in project delivery.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BE/B. Tech) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing Roads & Bridges projects within reputable organizations.
Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Gulf experience is an added advantage.
