The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely and efficient project completion. BE/B. Tech Graduation must, With Min. 5years experience in planning of building construction and infrastructure projects. Must have good knowledge in Primavera P6 & MS Project. GCC Experience is Preferable

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project schedules, considering all project activities, deliverables, and dependencies
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and create realistic timelines
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential bottlenecks or risks that may impact project timelines
• Prepare and update project progress reports, providing accurate and timely information to project stakeholders
• Coordinate with different departments and teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, tracking progress and addressing any deviations from the planned schedule
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, identify issues, and propose corrective actions
• Analyze project data and trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance project performance
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and disruptions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Continuously improve planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the engineering or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve project-related issues
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of engineering and construction processes, including cost estimation and resource allocation
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the engineering or construction field
