We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our industrial equipment, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. The Plant Operator will be required to work closely with other team members, follow established procedures, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Need 3 years of experience in Ready-Mix/Concrete Industry.

To operate the Concrete plant efficiently and effectively to maximize production while at all times maintaining a safe work environment.

Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures.

Operate the computer controlled concrete plant equipment to produce Ready-Mix.

Proficiency in Machine Denair Machine Tool Operations Dinefitting Welding and etc

Key Responsibilities: PLANT OPERATOR

• Operate and maintain industrial equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and loaders
• Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure that production targets are met
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime
• Communicate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in safety training and contribute to the safety culture of the company
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: PLANT OPERATOR

• Proven experience as a Plant Operator, preferably in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and loaders
• Familiarity with maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
