We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join a leading company in Kuwait. As the Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing plumbing operations to ensure efficient and effective plumbing services.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
Plan and organize daily plumbing activities, assigning tasks to team members based on project priorities.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems, identifying any issues or potential problems, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing services with ongoing projects.
Monitor the use of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
Train new team members and conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the plumbing team.
Maintain records of work progress, including completed tasks, materials used, and any necessary documentation for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest plumbing techniques, tools, and industry trends, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and quality of work.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary plumbing supplies and equipment.
Address any customer complaints or concerns related to plumbing services, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Urgent Required Plumber Supervisor

Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or a similar supervisory role in the plumbing industry.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Maximum age of 40 years.
Candidates with relevant certifications or qualifications will be preferred.
