We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant & Machinery Manager to join our team in OMAN. As the Plant & Machinery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the Plant and Machinery division in our reputed organization.

Responsibilities: Plant & Machinery Manager – Urgently Required for OMAN

• Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicles, Asphalt, Crusher, Batching Plant, etc., to efficiently handle all heavy machinery used on Roads/Highways construction sites.
• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the Plant and Machinery division, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
• Create detailed reports and maintain comprehensive records, documenting all activities and operations on the construction site.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize machinery performance and address any operational issues promptly.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure timely servicing to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Plant and Machinery, implementing innovative solutions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary machinery, spare parts, and equipment for ongoing projects.
• Train and mentor the Plant and Machinery team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align machinery resources accordingly.
• Coordinate with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team to enforce safety guidelines and promote a secure working environment.
• Leverage your Gulf experience to identify region-specific challenges and devise effective strategies to overcome them.

Requirements: Plant & Machinery Manager – Urgently Required for OMAN

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (BE / B. Tech) from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the Plant and Machinery division, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicles, Asphalt, Crusher, Batching Plant, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the aptitude to inspire and guide the team towards achieving organizational goals.
• Gulf experience is considered an added advantage.
