A leading cable trays manufacturing industry in Qatar is seeking experienced Recruiting for Qata Sales Coordinator to join their team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts, and should possess good communication skills in Hindi and English. This is an 8-hour workday position, and the company provides food, accommodation, medical insurance, and transportation.

Responsibilities: Recruiting for Qata Sales Coordinator

• Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
• Prepare and send sales quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales department as needed.

• Graduation in Accounts or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts or sales coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
