Responsibilities: Opportunity Plant Manager Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As a Plant Manager at our esteemed Aluminum Manufacturing Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our Powder Coating Manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising all aspects of the Powder Coating Manufacturing process.
• Ensuring compliance with process and operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
• Implementing effective quality control measures to guarantee product excellence.
• Overseeing the maintenance and optimization of equipment, machinery, and utilization of raw materials.
• Driving efficiency improvements in the production process to meet production targets.
• Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve production goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safeguarding a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in Powder Coating Manufacturing and Production.
• In-depth knowledge of Powder Coating Manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and best practices.
• Previous experience in Gulf countries is preferred.
• Valid Saudi Driving License is a plus.
