Responsibilities: Saleslady For Trading

1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing product information, and offering suggestions or recommendations.
2. Product Promotion and Sales: Actively promote and sell our products to customers. Utilize your product knowledge and persuasive skills to highlight the features and benefits of our offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the trading department.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor product availability and inform customers about product availability and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and facilitate timely replenishment.
4. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor. Arrange products in an appealing manner, ensuring proper pricing, signage, and displays. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching product presentations.
5. Payment Processing: Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Ensure the security and integrity of cash registers and handle refunds or exchanges following company policies and procedures.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and fostering customer loyalty.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports as required. Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competition to support sales strategies and decision-making.
8. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends. Attend training sessions and product briefings to enhance your knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications: Saleslady For Trading

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional sales and customer service training is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or trading environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
