We are currently seeking School Bus Nannies to join our educational institution in Dubai. The School Bus Nanny Jobs in Dubai will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their bus journeys to and from school. Duties include assisting students with boarding and disembarking the bus, helping them with their belongings, ensuring seatbelt usage, maintaining attendance records, providing support to students with special needs, managing student behavior, and adhering to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: School Bus Nanny Jobs in Dubai
- Greet students as they board the bus and assist them in finding their assigned seats.
- Ensure students embark and disembark the bus safely and in an orderly manner.
- Assist students with their bags and lunchboxes, ensuring they are stored in designated areas.
- Help students fasten their seatbelts and ensure they remain securely strapped in during the journey.
- Take attendance and maintain accurate records of student passengers.
- Provide extra care and assistance to students with special needs, ensuring their comfort and happiness.
- Understand and adapt to each student’s unique medical, physical, communicative, and emotional needs.
- Manage student behavior and communicate with teachers and parents regarding student behavior on the bus.
- Familiarize oneself with all bus routes to and from the school campus to provide assistance to the driver.
- Assist in cleaning services as required, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning designated areas.
- Manage health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being and safety of students.
Requirements: School Bus Nanny Jobs in Dubai
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or transportation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children and provide a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Understanding of student behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus.
