Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with individuals in diverse situations
- Experience in handling various emergencies, including fire and medical emergencies
- Demonstrated leadership skills to coordinate and manage security activities
- Ability to control traffic efficiently, particularly in a shopping center environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both staff and the public
- Familiarity with dealing with police and ambulance services
- Capable of handling police cases on behalf of the management if required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage emergencies and crises effectively
- Leadership skills with the ability to take charge in challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of traffic control procedures, especially in shopping center settings
- Familiarity with local laws and procedures related to security matters
