URGENTLY REQUIRED SR. ACCOUNTANT AND JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT FOR KUWAIT

Senior Accountant (Construction)

Location: Kuwait
Salary: 800 KD per month (INR 2,15,200)

Junior Accountant (Construction)

Location: Kuwait
Salary: 500 KD per month (INR 1,35,000)

Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant (Construction) or Junior Accountant (Construction) at our esteemed construction company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing financial operations related to construction projects. Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):

Manage financial transactions and accounting processes for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations and laws.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with project teams to monitor project costs and budgets.
Assist in financial analysis and risk assessment for construction projects.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Liaise with external auditors and government agencies as required.

Key Responsibilities (Junior Accountant):

Assist in financial transactions and accounting processes for construction projects.
Support senior accountants in compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with project teams to monitor and report project costs.
Contribute to financial analysis and risk assessment for construction projects.
Work closely with senior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Participate in financial audits and compliance activities.

Requirements:

For Senior Accountant:

Minimum 15 years of accounting experience, with a focus on construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

For Junior Accountant:

Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Basic knowledge of Kuwaiti financial regulations (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the construction accounting field.

Selection Process:
