We have an urgent requirement for experienced and skilled Store Managers to join a leading bakery retailer chain of stores and groceries in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing store operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
2. Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate the store staff to achieve performance targets.
3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints.
4. Inventory Management: Manage store inventory, stock levels, and replenishment processes.
5. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to boost sales.
6. Fresh Department Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the fresh department, especially bakery products.
7. P&L Management: Read, analyze, and manage the Profit and Loss statement for the store.
8. Communication: Effective communication in English and basic Arabic to interact with staff and customers.
9. GCC Experience: Must have prior experience working in the GCC region.

Requirements:

1. Age: Candidates must be between 25 to 35 years old.
2. Managerial Skills: Strong managerial and leadership skills.
3. Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position, including managing a team of at least 20 staff.
4. English Proficiency: Good command of the English language for effective communication.
5. Arabic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Arabic is required.
6. P&L Knowledge: Ability to read and manage Profit and Loss statements.
7. Fresh Department Experience: Experience in the fresh department, especially in a bakery, will be advantageous.
8. GCC Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the GCC region are preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 3000 – 3500 SR
• Working Hours: 9 hours duty per day, 6 days a week, including 1-hour break.
• Overtime: Overtime compensation applicable if applicable.
