We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Drivers to join our team in Oman. As a Heavy Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and transportation operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods across the region. Responsibilities: Heavy Drivers for Oman
- Safely operate and drive heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport goods to designated locations within Oman.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while on the road.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring it is secure during transportation.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to maximize delivery efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made.
- Cooperate with the logistics team to coordinate loading and unloading schedules.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to provide real-time updates on delivery status.
- Assist with other warehouse and transportation tasks as needed.
Requirements: Heavy Drivers for Oman
- Valid Oman Driving Licence for heavy vehicles.
- Proven experience as a Heavy Driver with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy cargo.
- Excellent knowledge of Oman’s roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly without constant supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and the logistics team effectively.
- Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules if required.
- Age below 40 years.
Salary and Benefits: Heavy Drivers for Oman
The salary range for this position is 210 Omani Rial (OMR) per month, along with additional benefits and incentives.
