We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Oman. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and construction projects. Responsibilities: Electrical Supervisor for Oman

Supervise and lead electrical installation, maintenance, and construction projects in compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Plan and schedule electrical activities, allocating resources effectively to meet project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team members.
Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality and progress of work, taking corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate electrical activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, progress updates, and safety records.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to prevent accidents and hazards.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in electrical regulations to ensure compliance and improved efficiency.
Utilize SAP or other relevant software for project management and reporting (an added advantage).

Requirements: Electrical Supervisor for Oman

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of seven years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or construction, with progressively increasing responsibility.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAP or similar project management software is an added advantage.
A proactive and result-oriented approach to achieve project objectives.

Salary and Benefits: Electrical Supervisor for Oman

The salary for this position ranges from RO 275 to RO 300 per month, with an additional Adhoc Allowance of 20 Omani Rial.
