Job Description:

As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will play a crucial role in the culinary team, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create exceptional menu items, maintain high food safety standards, and ensure portion and waste control. Your expertise and creativity in the kitchen will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing menu items and recipes.
• Ensure compliance with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
• Awareness of COSHH and chemical safety regulations.
• Culinary creativity and passion for cooking.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferred candidates from Darjeeling or Siliguri.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
